HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
 
A. To place an order choose your product and click ADD TO CART

Enter your discount code, enter your shipping destination, enter your shipping method and click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

If you are not a registered customer, REGISTER your information and continue.
You may be prompt to confirm your email after registration.
Click the link in your email and login to your account.

CHECKOUT will prompt you to select your billing information, shipping information, shipping method and payment information, click CONTINUE

Review your order and click PLACE ORDER
(immediately after placing your order an email notification will be sent to your email to confirm that you have made an order.
PayPal Payment redirect you to the PayPal website. (you don't need an account, enter your credit card information and continue. If you chose Bank Transfer: follow the instructions to make your payment.

Once we process and ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation, with the TRACKING NUMBER to update you of your shipping status.
All shipments will be sent out within 1-2 business day.

Canada and U.S. shipping delivery takes 2-3 business days and international shipping takes 3-5 business days.

HOW SECURE ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
 
A. Purchasing from IIGOODII is highly secure, your credit card information is automatically transferred to the payment gateway, via an encrypted and secure system. 
The payment gateway set a list of security measures, therefore your credit card information cannot be seen, even if there is a potential to refund. 
 
 
DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD?
 
WE ACCEPT PREPAID CREDIT CARD (visa, master card and discover)
Purchase card from any participating retail store and register to activate the card; by calling the phone number on the back of card or package. Now you are ready to make your purchase.
Reminder: billing address on file must match billing address on credit card.

IIGOODII.COM
offers downloadable gift cards that can be purchase and used towards buying products from the site.
After purchasing the card and payments has been received, log into the website. Under MY ACCOUNT click MY DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS. The link will now be downloaded to your device.

The CARD can only be used at IIGOODII.COM and the purchase code must be entered in the DISCOUNT CODE area at checkout.



HOW DO I KNOW IIGOODII RECEIVED MY ORDER?
 
 
A. As soon as you have placed an order from IIGOODII, an email confirmation invoice will be sent to your email, this email confirmation contains a link to which you can log in to your account and view your order. 
 
 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
 
A. All orders will be shipped out with in 1 -2 business days after receiving your payment. Once we process and ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation, with the tracking number. In Canada and the U.S. shipping delivery takes 2-3 business days and international shipping takes 3-5 business days. 
 
We use Fedex Express (Fedex) and United Postal Service (UPS) as our delivery services to ship your packages. 
 
Fedex and UPS are the largest delivery companies, these global courier delivers to more than 220 countries worldwide. 
 
Please be advised that you could pay duties and taxes if applicable at the time your package is delivered. 
 
To verify if you have duties and taxes owing on your package before it is delivered, visit www.fedex.com or www.ups.com to track your package with the tracking number that we have provided you with via email.
 
Please be advised that we do not ship to multiple address at this time, we only ship to one address per order. 
Reminder: If you live in an apartment and have a buzzer number, make sure to enter it when filling out your shipping information.
 
 
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
 
 A. Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order. All shipping costs are calculated using a Fedex Service and UPS shipping module.
 
 
HOW DO I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
 
A. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email to: iigoodii@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However once an order has being submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled. 
 
 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 
 
A. We will send you an email notification, to confirmed that you have made an order, and a tracking number to update you of your package delivery status. 
 
 
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
 
By completing transactions on IIGOODII.COM you agree to our terms & conditions that there are no refunds or returns on digital products downloaded. 
Please read the following agreement, if you do not understand or agree with these terms, do not download.

All contents downloaded from this website including: images, logos, audio, e-books and gift cards must only be used for personal use on your personal devices and must not be redistributed, resale or use for commercial purposes.
All contents are protected by the copyright laws.

If an item has not been shipped, PayPal will reimburse the full purchase price and shipping charges.
However if the goods has been shipped, the Buyer must contact the Seller and return the goods quickly and undamaged before the money is refunded.

All returns must be in the condition it was received.
All returns must have the original tags, in the original package and have a copy of the original invoice.
Please keep in mind that we do not accept personal items or body jewellery.

All Returns must be paid by the customer.

A. To change the currency, simpley select "Your Currency" drop down box at the top of the website. 
 
 
HOW DO I RECOVER MY PASSWORD?
 
A. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by clicking the "forget your password?" link on the Log-in page, and enter your email address, a new password will be sent to your email. You can also change your password as often as you choose, in "My Account", click Account Information, and select "change password" box, then enter your new password. 
 
 
WHERE CAN I FIND THE COUPON CODES? 
 
A. We would like to save you money on every purchase, therefore we have provided you with a variety of money saving deals. IIGOODII coupon codes can be found on the top of our website, on the promotion page (promo codes) and in our newsletter. Enter the coupon code during checkout. 
 
 
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER? 
 
A. To receive our newsletter, enter your email address in the newsletter sign up area at the bottom of the website and click subscribe. 
If you wish to unsubscribe at anytime, send us an email or click the unsubscribe link in your newsletter email.
 
 
HOW DO I PRESERVE THE BEAUTY OF MY PRODUCTS? 
 
A. To clean leather products, use a clean soft cloth and a leather protector. Gentlely clean the leather with a damp cloth to remove excess dirt and residue, then allow to dry. After the leather is dry, treat the leather with the leather protector, rub in a circlular motion. 
 
Suade must be cleaned with a soft clean brush to remove any dirt and debris. Use a saude protector spray, then brush the suade in the direction of the fabric grain. 
 
Stainless steel silver does not corrode or rust, but can be scratched. Use a clean soft cloth or a soft toothbrush dipped in warm water and a gentle detergent, you can also use a mild toothpaste or non toxic stainless steel cleaner. Gentlely clean the product and remove any excess chemical. 
 
For all other products read the label instruction.
